Andie’s Skin Care Nightly Routine

What you put on your skin is very important 
Your skin is the body’s largest organ – and you have to treat it right!

These Trilogy Products are Andie’s favorite when it comes to her nightly routine. She found them in her local Whole Foods one day – and because she loves to try new things, she thought she would give it a try, and has been hooked ever since!!

Here’s her nightly process:

Andie takes the Trilogy Cream Cleanser and gently rub that into her slightly damp face and neck – when she feels like she has covered all the appropriate areas,  she takes a wash cloth with warm water and softly remove all the cleanser.

TIP: It’s very important to be gentle when touching your face – especially around the eye area because if you are too rough you can loose elasticity – which will cause wrinkles.
Once she has wiped the day off her face, she’ll bring some moisture back into it!

She then uses Trilogy’s Rosehip Oil – This is great for dehydrated or aging skin – but regardless of whether you need it for those reasons, this oil will nourish the skin while it hydrates. Andie just applies 3-4 drops into her hands and rubs that into her face. Because Andie has very oily eyelids, she chooses to opt out of applying any moisturizer or oil there.

Tip: Don’t forget to blend that oil down the neck! Your neck is thirsty too!!
Finally, it’s moisturizer time! Andie uses Trilogy’s Vital Moisturizing Cream, and applies this to the face and neck.

Andie loves the lightly feel of this moisturizer and how it doesn’t feel greasy on the skin.
